If you have assigned a policy <\/a>to your users, you can control the permissions they have by\u00a0using the options under the\u00a0Privileges<\/strong> tab in the policy.<\/p>\n

Under this tab you will find two groups of privileges:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Web privileges:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Enable delete data: This option will your users to be able to delete unwanted files from the web.<\/li>\n
    • Enable sharing: If you have instant storage, your users will be able to share the files uploaded to their accounts with any person (whether he is C-Cloud user or not) by using the sharing options in the web.<\/li>\n
    • Allow the ability to edit sign in email: This option will give the user the ability to change the email he\\she user to sign in to their C-Cloud\u00a0account.<\/li>\n
    • Allow the ability to change password: By enabling this option, your users will be able to change their passwords from the web when needed.<\/li>\n
    • Allow the ability to edit username: This option will give the users the ability tochange their C-Cloud account\u2019s username.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Client privileges:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Add client passcode: By enabling this option, the C-Cloud client will request this passcode whenever the user attempts to open, uninstall, or restore data from the client<\/li>\n
      • CustomizeC-Cloud Privileges\n
          \n
        • Enable Run Now: This option will allow the user to force the backup to run at anytime by hitting the Run Now button on the client\u2019s dashboard.<\/li>\n
        • Enable Pause\/Resume: This option will allow the user to pause\\resume the backup by hitting the pause\\resume button on the client\u2019s dashboard.<\/li>\n
        • Allow the ability to exit C-Cloud: By enabling this option, the user will be able to end C-Cloud process and therefore the backup will stop and won\u2019t start again until hthe user starts C-Cloud.<\/li>\n
        • Enable Sharing:If you have instant storage, your users will be able to\u00a0share the files uploaded to their accounts with any person (whether he is C-Cloud user or not) by using the sharing options in the context menu.<\/li>\n
        • Enable removing file\/folder: This option allow users to exclude any file\\folder from the backup using this option is the context menu.<\/li>\n
        • Enable adding file\/folder from context menu: This option will allow the users to add new files\\folders to the backup using this option in the context menu.<\/li>\n
        • Enable Uninstalling C-Cloud: By enabling this option, the user will be able to uninstall C-Cloud from his\\her machine at anytime and thus stops the backup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
