Method 1:\u00a0Using C-Cloud\u00a0Software<\/h3>\n

  1. Right click C-Cloud\u00a0agent (icon) in the system tray and select the\u00a0Open Dashboard\u00a0<\/strong>option.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Restore<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. From the drop down menu next to\u00a0Computer Name<\/strong>, select the computer which you want to restore from.<\/li>\n
  4. Browse for the desired file, select it, and click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. If you are using your own encryption password you will be prompted to enter your password now.<\/li>\n
  6. The next step provides you with more restore options, such as the restore location (Original location, alternative location) as well as file replacement options and and the time frame that you want to restore from.<\/li>\n
  7. Proceed with the restoration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Method 2:\u00a0From the online account<\/h3>\n

    1. Sign in to your C-Cloud\u00a0online account.<\/li>\n
    2. Refer to My Computers<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
    3. From the dropdown menu of Computers<\/strong>, select the computer which you want to restore from.<\/li>\n
    4. Browse for the desired files that you want to restore, select it, and click theDownload<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
    5. When the download complete, you\u2019ll have a C-Cloud.zip<\/strong> folder. Now, use any\u00a0compression utility that supports zip (such as 7-Zip<\/a>) to extract the content of this file.\u00a0After extracting, you\u2019ll have a C-Cloud\u00a0folder with\u00a0BLRestore.exe<\/strong> file and Blocks folder inside it.<\/li>\n
    6. Run the\u00a0BLRestore.exe<\/strong>, and the restore setup window will open. Click OK<\/strong> to proceed.<\/li>\n
    7. The restore process will start. Click Done<\/strong> when it finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
