Method 1: Using C-Cloud Software<\/h3>\n

  1. Right-click\u00a0<\/strong>on the file that you want to restore older version of it and select C-Cloud\u00a0<\/strong>\u2192\u00a0Show versions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Now, you will be directed to C-Cloud\u00a0website and the window above will appear. Click on Download <\/strong>next to the file\u2019s version that you want to restore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    OR<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Right-click C-Cloud agent (icon) in the system tray and select the\u00a0Open Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the\u00a0Restore<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/li>\n
    3. From the window that will appear, select the name of the computer that you want to restore from.<\/li>\n
    4. Select the file\u00a0that you want to restore an older version of it, and click on the\u00a0Show Versions<\/strong> option next to it.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    5. From the versions window, click on the version that you need to restore, then\u00a0click the Save button.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    6. Select the restore location, the restore options\u00a0and the time frame that you want to restore from then click on the\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
    7. C-Cloud will start with the restore process,\u00a0and you will notice that a red cloud icon appears in the system tray.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Method 2: From the online account<\/h3>\n

        1. Sign in to your C-Cloud\u00a0online account<\/a>.<\/li>\n
        2. Refer to the My Computers<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
        3. From the drop-down menu of your Computers, select the computer that you want to restore from.<\/li>\n
        4. Select the files which you want to restore. If you proceed and click on\u00a0Download<\/strong> you will\u00a0download\u00a0the latest version of the file, but if you want to restore older versions, then from the More<\/strong> menu select the option to\u00a0Show\u00a0versions<\/strong>.

          \nor you can just click on the file that you want to show its versions and select\u00a0Show versions.<\/strong>
          \nPlease note that you can view the versions for one file each time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
