The encryption password is the one that you set during the backup configuration process, and after that you will not\u00a0be able to change it, unless you start a new backup, by doing the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Uninstall C-Cloud. (Start \u2192 All Programs \u2192 C-Cloud\u00a0\u2192 C-Cloud\u00a0Tools \u2192 Uninstall \u2192 Make sure to un-check the Keep C-Cloud\u00a0Settings<\/strong> option)<\/li>\n
  2. Sign in to your C-Cloud\u00a0Online account.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Download C-Cloud<\/strong>\u00a0button in order to download the latest setup file of C-Cloud\u00a0on your computer.<\/li>\n
  4. Run the downloaded setup file in order to install C-Cloud\u00a0again on your computer.<\/li>\n
  5. Once installed, C-Cloud\u00a0will ask you to enter your account\u2019s credentials. Please do.<\/li>\n
  6. Configure a new backup in which you can enter the new encryption password. Please keep in mind that by configuring a new backup, C-Cloud will consider this machine as a new one, and it may asks you to archive the older backup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
