To solve this issue, you need to do the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Make sure that you have the latest build of C-Cloud\u00a0by right click C-Cloud\u00a0agent in the system tray \u2192 Select Tools<\/strong> \u2192 Click on Check for updates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Clear the backup cache:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \n
          \n
        1. Find the location of C-Cloud\u00a0cache folder.<\/li>\n
        2. If the backup cache folder is still in its default location (on the C: drive), then open this folder and delete the contents of the folder BackupCache\u00a0<\/strong>folder.<\/li>\n
        3. If you have moved the cache folder to another drive, then go to that drive \u2192 C-CloudCache \u2192 Open the folder that you will find inside it (This folder carries your username) \u2192 Clear the contents of the BackupCache<\/strong> folder.<\/li>\n
        4. Exit C-Cloud. (Right-click C-Cloud\u00a0agent in the system tray \u2192 Exit)<\/li>\n
