Method 1: Using C-Cloud\u00a0Software<\/h3>\n

  1. Right-click C-Cloud\u00a0agent in the system tray and select the Open Dashboard<\/strong> option.

  2. Click on the Restore<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
  3. \"How<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. From the window that will appear, select the name of the computer that you want to restore from.
    \n    \"How<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Select the data that you want to restore, make sure that you have selected only the data stored on the Cold Storage<\/strong> and click on the\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
  6. Select the restore location, the restore options\u00a0and the time frame that you want to restore from then click on the\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0button.

  7. C-Cloud will start calculating the files that will be restored and you will notice that a red cloud appears in the system tray.

  8. It normally takes 3-5 hours for the download to start, so keep your machine running and C-Cloud\u00a0will restore your files when they are ready and available.\u00a0You can also minimize the window as this will not affect the restore process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Method 2: From the online account<\/h3>\n

    1. Sign in to your\u00a0C-Cloud<\/a>\u00a0online account.<\/li>\n
    2. Refer to the My Computers<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
    3. From the list of your Computers on the left side of the page, select the computer you want to restore from.

    4. Browse inside the Cold Storage<\/strong> folder, select the files you wish to restore, and click the Download<\/strong> icon.
      \n      \"How<\/a><\/li>\n
    5. Once they are ready; in approximately 3-5 hours, you will\u00a0receive\u00a0an email with a link to access those files.<\/li>\n
    6. Open the link, select the files you wish to restore, and click the Download<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The maximum daily download quota when restoring Cold Storage files from the online dashboard is 1 GB.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
