Method 1: Using C-Cloud client<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Right-click C-Cloud\u00a0agent in the system tray and select the Open Dashboard<\/strong> option.

  2. Click on the Restore<\/strong> option.
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. From the window that will appear, select the name of the computer that you want to restore from.
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Select the files which you want to restore, and click on Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the restore location, the restore options\u00a0and the time frame that you want to restore from then click on the\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0button.

  6. C-Cloud will start calculating the files that will be restored and you will notice that a red cloud appears in the system tray.

    Method 2: From the online account<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Sign in to your\u00a0C-Cloud<\/a>\u00a0online account.<\/li>\n
    2. Refer to the My Computers<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
    3. From the drop-down menu of your computers, select the computer you want to restore from.

    4. Select the files which you want to restore, and click on the\u00a0Download<\/strong> icon.

      • The same methods applied if you wish to restore from an archived computer.<\/li>\n
