Yes, C-Cloud will not upload duplicate files twice even if encryption is enabled. But if these duplicate files are stored on two different machines, they will be uploaded once only if the encryption password used on the two machines is identical.

I lost my encryption password is there a way you can retrieve my files?
Unfortunately, since we use a military-grade encryption; 256-AES, the only thing you can do is try very hard to remember your password. There is no way to decipher your files without the exact password.
