How can I add files or folders to the Cold storage?

1. Right click C-Cloud agent (icon) on the system tray (Taskbar) of the machine where C-Cloud software is installed → Select the Open dashboard option.
2. Click on Data selections and select the data that you want to backup.
3. Click the Save icon.

The Cold storage is the only type of storage available for the C-Cloud Home users.

Method 1: From C-Cloud client installed on your machine

1. Right click C-Cloud agent (icon) on the system tray (Taskbar) of the machine where C-Cloud software is installed → Select the Open dashboard option.
2. Click on Data Selections.
3. Refer to the Cold storage tab and add the path(s) of the file(s) or folder(s) that you want to backup to the Cold Storage.
4. Click the Save icon.

Method 2: From the Policies

1. Sign in to your C-Cloud online account.
2. Refer to the Policies tab.
3. Create or edit the existing policy.
4. Add the paths of the files or the folders that you want to backup from the Cold Storage Data tab, and save your changes.
5. Assign the policy to the wanted user.
