I am receiving “You have reached the maximum amount of computers that can be installed under the account” message. What should I do?

Upon installing C-Cloud and entering your account’s credentials, C-Cloud will check how many computers you are backing up under your user account so you do not exceed the allowed limit, which is 3 computers for each C-Cloud Business user, and 1 computer for each C-Cloud Home user.

If by configuring C-Cloud to back up the data from this machine you’ll be exceeding the maximum number of the allowed computers to be listed under your users account, C-Cloud will show you this message.

To address this issue, you’ve two options to select from:

1. To archive and old computer.
2. To delete an old computer.
