It is possible your antivirus, firewall, or system optimization application is interfering with C-Cloud. Consider adding C-Cloud to your application’s whitelist.
Please find the steps for excluding C-Cloud files/folders from your Antivirus.
- C:\Program Files\CCloud
- C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\C-Cloud\C-Cloud
- C:\Program Files\CCloud\CCloud.exe
- C:\Program Files\CCloud\CCloudService.exe
And make sure that you have the TCP ports 80 and 443 open and available through your Firewall.
